As a teacher of elementary school for nineteen years and an instructional coach specializing in Culturally and Linguistically Responsive teaching and learning, I have many insights. I would love to share my skills and strategies with you so that we can work as a team to ensure that all children have an equitable opportunities for success.

Sometimes it's challenging to reach our students. If we can't reach them, how can we effectively teach them? This very thought inspired me to publish one of the many books I've written.
